Eleventy Milano is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
